Top Franchise Asia (TFA) is a Singapore-based company that focuses its service on sharing information about franchising and business in general, as well as connecting potential investors with franchises across the Asia Pacific. TFA aims to be a one-stop platform for lead automation, brand profile management, and personalized marketing initiatives to expand your reach.
The challenges
With the shift from a franchise database service to a more knowledge-based platform, the UI/UX of the website needs a complete overhaul to look and feel more like a blog site.
The franchise database search functionality also needs a series of improvements. The UI needs to look more modern and simple, complete with an extensive filter to enhance users’ experience while searching for the perfect brands that match their investment profile.
In terms of interactivity, TFA also aims to allow brand owners to update their brand’s presence by themselves. By that means, the website also needs a login process and a dashboard specifically designed for brand owners.
The results/deliverables
- Website Redesign: The website was revamped to align with the new brand identity and its goal of becoming a knowledge-based platform. The updated design supports enhanced functionality, including sections for sharing blog posts, event information, and business profiles, making it more engaging and resourceful for users.
- Web-Based Application Dashboard: A custom dashboard was developed for franchisors and franchisees, featuring functionalities like user sign-up, business matching, franchise analysis, and tools to update and promote businesses. The design emphasizes usability and efficiency, fostering better collaboration and growth within the franchise ecosystem.
