Website Redesign for Inclusive Preschool

Kindle Garden is Singapore’s first inclusive preschool, Started in 2016, Kindle Garden is a SPARK-accredited preschool. Kindle Garden seeks to provide a non-discriminatory curriculum for both typically-developing children and children with additional needs, encouraging them to embrace diversity and develop mutual respect and understanding at an early age.

The brief

This project’s primary objective is to increase Kindle Garden’s presence as a preschool of choice both through direct and online marketing. We develop new website to portray Kindle Garden’s Brand Paradigm, with an emphasis on communicating the brand intent and curating the customers (parent) journey towards enquiry.

The process

Together with Astreem’s website development and content strategy team, the newly developed website aims to portray information more clearly and concisely through a clean user interface, more systematic navigation bar, and clear call to action. This strategy are conducted to:

  • Show parents of typically developing children, how KGs programme will aid them and be beneficials to their children in many aspects.

  • Enable parents that are researching preschools for their children (whether typically developing or those with additional needs) to gain confidence in Kindle Garden

  • Attract these new parents to go through the new customer journey on the website to help them become possible new enrolees.
